eff – the senior National Business Agent for the American Postal Workers Union in the Northeast & Eastern Regions - began his APWU career in 1981 as a Shop Steward for the Clifton (NJ) Postal Union.  After serving 3 elected terms as President - and attending his first Summer School at West Virginia University in 1983 - he was elected NBA in 1986 - the second youngest National Officer in APWU history.

 

During his NBA tenure he has founded a commitment to quality advocacy and representation - through education - by his unprecedented authorship of the Strategy Book Series of Sixteen. Three of the Books have been added to the PLUSS curriculum - as classes: Defense vs. Discipline, Interviews As Evidence and Roadmap To Winning.

 

Jeff, the senior PLUSS instructor and staff member believes the WVU - ILS Summer School is the most worthwhile and valuable Trade Union experience offered for Members, Stewards and Officers of any of the Postal Labor Organizations.
