2008 marks the 30th Anniversary of the Postal Labor Union's Summer School at West Virginia University.  For 30 years, union stewards from all postal crafts have been attending this training session.   Though class sizes may have changed over the years, the spirit and enthusiasm that each student brought never waned.  PLUSS is proud to have served the stewards of postal unions for these past 30 years and look forward to continuing the tradition for the next 30 years!    

     We are pleased to announce that APWU Eastern Region Coordinator Mike Gallagher will conduct an assembly with all attendees and will also speak at the 30th Anniversary Banquet.
