Welcome to the Philadelphia Bulk Mail Center Local #7048 WEB site. The Pennsylvania Postal Workers’ Union has offered local unions within the State Organization to have a web presence at no cost to the local. I believe this is a great idea as it continues to unite the Great State of PENNSYLVANIA. I commend President Jackson and Webmaster Andy Kubat. Hopefully many locals will take advantage of this benefit.

My name is Vincent Tarducci and I am the local President of Local #7048. We represent clerk, maintenance and motor vehicle employees from the Philadelphia BMC, Fairless Hills and Levittown facilities. Presently we have close to 525 members. Local #7048 has been around since the 1970’s. In these past 30 plus years we have accumulated a rich history. Many, many people have been responsible for the success of our local. 

We will make attempts to keep this site updated. Information Director Walt Sherman has accepted this challenge to ensure the site is maintained. We have posted Local Contracts from the three facilities, as well as our Local Constitution and By-Laws. We will place our Philly Flyers on the site, as well as some previous Philly Parcel editions.
