Hi Angie, Thank you for the kind words. I actually think you made me blush and that's a very difficult thing to do. I heard you have a few questions, I may be able to help you with...so e-mail me...and I'll see if I can assist you in anyway. Don't worry about me not having the time, due to the fact things are winding down now, as Kenny and I are in the process of finalizing our additions and corrections to the step II denial letter and getting ready to appeal the case out of the office this Friday.
