Everyone needs to read as much as they can about this proposed contract. It will effect all of us in many ways. A good place to get other peoples thoughts is www.21cpw.com. I know management at New Castle is really excited about the idea of the union scheduling holidays,overtime, and choice vacation. I don't see that happpening. Dave, how will the 11% casuals with 360 day assignments affect our plant?
