How is it that the first thing after a local meeting is where is my holiday gift? Seems to me know one cared about anything. If so, then maybe more than one member besides six officers were the only ones to show up on 11/19/07. We all thought everything is alright due that noone showed to even see. It was brought up and submitted to have things for the membership. But, there was noone there to second the emotions. I quess only the officers are to second things and show our appreciation for your support. It showed your support at the meeting. As we go head to head with management daily this is how we are appreciated. "NO SHOWS!" I don't see members coming in to lend support by filling in vacant positions. No they would just rather ask a Union official on the floor and he will take care of it. Management claims we don't need steward time due to the fact noone is asking for steward time. Must be NO problems! We can't do it all people. We are as good as our membership. If we can't get support then who will? Its ok to yell at stewards and officers on the floor where Union bussiness is not to be handled. Hell, management don't get treated that bad. So, you say we are like management. Is it us giving you the discipline? Its ok that we put our names on the grievances but not ok for your name to be on it. How are we being respected? I know we choose to take these positions. That means treat us without dignity and respect right? I don't think so. Its time the membership stands up and supports the Union and their officers. If its that you don't want us in office then stand up and tell us. I will gladly step down and hand it over to you to take over and lets see what you can do. Maybe it would be better that Pittsburgh Area take over and see what they will do for you an by the way they would get all the money. There you go show me the love!!!! Oh, yeah again my name is on this to. Where's yours?
