I felt there were some similiarities between DiPippa's case of trying to recoup money that wasn't owed to him and DiPippa and his cronies taking money away from employees (11) that were due sick leave pay but instead received LWOP. If you didn't read it the first time around, just Google his name and you'll find all sorts of stuff about him!!!
